1. WHICH ARE THE LOCATIONS THAT YOU COVER?

All our premium packages include the entry fee for the premium photoshoot location, along with access to a private dress changing room for your convenience

2. DO YOU PROVIDE PROPS?

Yes, we do provide the latest and creative props.

3. DO YOU PROVIDE DRESS?

Yes, Every premium package includes 3 dresses—you can pick your favorites.

4. DO YOU PROVIDE MAKEUP?

Yes! All our premium packages include both makeup and hairstyling.

5. WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS OF PAYMENT?

We require 50% of the total estimate value as initial deposit to secure the date and the rest is to be paid on the day of the shoot/event. Processing of the images and video will begin only after the final payment is completed.

6. HOW EARLY SHOULD WE BOOK?

As early as possible if you are particular about dates.Early bookings are preferred for planning purposes. In any case, it is always best to check on our availability because it is possible that we may be available even until a week before your event

7. HOW CAN WE BOOK YOUR SERVICE?

If the dates are available, you can transfer the booking amount (50%) by online transfer/Gpay/PhonePay (9036787746) etc and block the date.
You will be getting an E-receipt with the package you selected, date for the shoot, etc.

8. HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO DELIVER THE PICS?

Post shoot, we need 15 days for the Photos and 21 Days for the Videos to edit and deliver.

9. HOW CAN WE TRUST YOU AND PAY THE ADVANCE?

Just Google Firos Photography and see the Google reviews and Facebook reviews.
Our Facebook page is active from 2011 and we have not had any problems, i.e., delayed delivery or unhappy clients, which can be made out from our client reviews.
As of now, we have only 5-star rating from our clients due to our timely delivery and quality of work.
For us, client feedback is most important.

10. ARE YOUR CHARGES NEGOTIABLE?

We have multiple packages, which will definitely fit your budget. We don’t believe in negotiation, as being an artist our creativity and skills can’t be negotiated. We can make sure that you will be more than satisfied after you receive the final output, but we are in no position to compromise on the payment.

11. WHAT IF WE CANCEL/POSTPONE THE SHOOT?

There is no refund for cancellation. As we are blocking the day for you and we might have missed other clients since we blocked it for you.
At any chance if you are postponing, postponing within 1 month is free, we will not charge anything, else the booking will be considered as cancelled and you have to block the fresh date.
